HMG Power Systems Pvt. Ltd. (HMG), India Started Its operation in December 2008, a Joint Venture company with M/s Shanghai Huaming Power Equipment Co., Ltd. (SHM), which is the largest ON LOAD TAP CHANGER (OLTC) manufacturer in China.Established in 1989 Huaming has become a world standard and has enjoyed substantial growth providing on-load tap changers over 60 countries. Huaming is currently ranked first in CHINA and second in the world for its on-load tap changers, providing professional service and qualifies tap changers for multinational companies such as GE, AREVA. Huaming’s OLTC have been accredited as top rated product, utilized widely by Power networks, energy, chemical, metallurgy and railway industries.

HMG is engaged in sales, distribution and after sales service of OLTC (CV, CM, CZ, CVT, etc.), HV circuit breaker and its auxiliary equipment, electrical & mechanical components & accessories from SHM in India.

So far, around > 50 sets of OLTCs manufactured by SHM have already been running in the transmission & distribution substation and in various Industries in India. These OLTCs are used in the transformers mostly supplied by QGP, the Joint Venture company with Hangzhou Qintang River Electric Group Co.Ltd., China (QRE) and are working satisfactorily since commissioning. Huaming’s OLTCs are working since more that 4 Years in INDIA.
